Michael’s knowledge of Austin real estate is extensive. He comes from a family of investors (commercial and residential), and property managers who taught him the business at an early age. His family’s Austin roots date back to the early 1920’s.
Michael’s family owned Gellman’s department store, a famous early Austin downtown landmark for over 60 years. His grandfather was in Austin commercial real estate for over 50 years, and started one of the first clubs in the famous downtown Austin night life area.
He learned the investment side of real estate, and how to create wealth and value. He learned how to get into the market at the right price, in the right location. He met many people in the business. This kind of background creates extensive knowledge and business connections – and works to your benefit.
Michael isn’t an ordinary real estate agent
